Fundamentals of Family Law

Each year, as a public service to Pennsylvania lawyers and judges, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute publishes a comprehensive survey of the law concerning divorce, property division, alimony, child and spousal support, and related topics.  This publication, entitled Fundamentals of Family Law, is a reference guide used by lawyers and judges throughout Pennsylvania.  

Since the mid-1980's, David S. Pollock and Brian C. Vertz have written and edited the chapter entitled "Child Support, Spousal Support and Alimony Pendente Lite," with the assistance of Maris J. Weiner
