ORSATTI, BENBenjamin E. Orsatti has been an associate at Pollock Begg Komar Glasser, LLC since January of 2005. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and in French, with a minor in Italian, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001. Mr. Orsatti graduated from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2004, where he worked as a research assistant to Dean Nicholas P. Cafardi. During that time, he co-authored the Dean’s civil procedure textbook, and wrote the teacher’s manual for Dean Cafardi’s course on tax-exempt organizations.

Mr. Orsatti has authored and co-authored numerous articles for Pennsylvania Bar Institute CLE programs and publications, and is a regular contributor to, as well as articles co-editor of, the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer. He has been recognized for his pro bono service, and regularly volunteers at the Neighborhood Legal Services uptown clinic.

Mr. Orsatti is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Federal Circuit. His practice concentrates on appellate law, equitable distribution, custody, and support. He is also a journeyman stagehand and member of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Local No. 3.
